Stout Advice: Consistency

Ever have a hard time wondering why you try to start a routine and it doesn’t seem to stick? It takes 21 days of consistency to form a habit or a routine that you will stick to. That consistency doesn’t only get you to your goals but it also teaches handwork and dedication to something you are passionate about. Many people think success happens overnight. It is that daily dedication and consistency overtime that will get you to your overall goal; but it is important to allow it time.
Action items:
Find out what you want to accomplish.
What are your fundamentals?
Those same fundamentals are what CEO, Logan Stout, coaches to obtain in your life. Once you get those fundamentals down, it makes dedication for those goals that much easier. Training your mind and actions to stay on track will start to become your daily routine.
